The experience from buying a car from Vertu Honda has been amazing. The whole process has been very smooth from reserving the car online to collection of the car from Sunderland. We travelled up from London and John Goldsmith has been great creating a personalised video and describing the car before collection. Venture Honda and John keep up the good work!

Recently purchased a new Hyundai car. Process was good. Nice friendly knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful. I have used this garage previously forservicing.Facilties good for customer - drinks and biscuits available should your visit take longer.Only downside of the premises is, it's a bit on the small side. It was originally a Honda garage, but now it has been divided in half to accommodate Hyundai cars. That depletes the amount of new cars (for both Honda and Hyundai) available to see and test drive. Equally there is limited customer parking available. The access is shared with a petrol station, so it can be quite busy.

Fab service and happy with my new car. On the day of purchase they even gave me a lift to the garage after I dropped off my hire car. Car was cleaned to a high standard before I collected it and I was provided with a full demonstration as to how to use the car.
