Holiday Inn Express Barrow-in-Furness, an IHG Hotel

Great experience staying here at the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The stand out though is the service provided by the team notably Kirsty, Courtney and Bianca - keep up the good work!

The best IHG hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel itself is fresh, clean and very welcoming. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I stay here often and I’ve had a great experience every time. It’s very central for town, local shops and gyms, and handy for access to local business.

Free breakfast available. Hot selection available of bacon/sausage/scrambled eggs/baked beans/plum tomatoes/hash browns/toast, plus porridge, cereals, fruit compot, yogurt, pastries, fruit.Free car parking (in very limited onsite first come car park) Or off-site carpark available for £2 a day, very short walk away from the hotel.Good water pressure for the shower, nice towels that actually wrap around your body, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied in the shower cubicle. Hand wash and body lotion are also available at the sink.Food available that's tasty. Will definitely return.

Not just the best hotel I've stayed at in Barrow; one of the best Holiday Inns I've stayed at in Britain. I was very impressed by every aspect of the hotel. It is attractive and clean, the rooms lovely ( I was pleased to see multiple USB plugs that actually worked) and the reception staff were very nice. Parking was free and the bar available throughout the night. In the morning, the included cooked breakfast was delicious. Bravo to the management!

Located centrally with car parking facilities and easy access around Barrow. Rooms are always clean with great facilities. Stand out for me is Michelle Foster who is always going whine and beyond to help customers but all staff are so lovely and welcoming and no job is too small or big. Thank you.
