Paul Cunningham from Plumbing Care Services came to give a quote for a repair to the boiler. He came promptly on the day we called. He was thorough in checking the boiler and working out what was wrong. After that, by arrangement, he came late on a Friday night to drain the boiler. I look forward to his coming next week to fix the necessary part.

Had a new boiler installed as the old one had finally given up the ghost.Ellen and Emma kept me updated constantly on times and costs.The guys came round, followed Covid protocols and did a great job.Completed in a few hours and no mess! Thanks to Paul and Conner!

WE have been using Plumbing Care Services for a number of years. Very nice people and good at their job!!! Rare combination. Always on time and easy to get a hold of them. Well done to Paul and his team.

Amazing service and would highly recommend. Boiler pressure was down and no hot water so neighbour recommended using as he had worked with them a lot on different house projects. Were able to come a few days later to be able to sort out pressure & service my boiler (which was well overdue!) Realised there was a broken switch that needed replacing. Another colleague arrived later in the afternoon to fix. Brilliant service, so friendly and will be contacting them to replace a couple of radiators in the New Year. Thank you so much!!

Update: your response is risible. I know you didn't fit the boiler. HOWEVER your operatives missed the fact that the flue hadn't been sealed. Good job an operative from another firm did. One star is one star too many. Incompetent.3 annual boiler checks in 2018, 2019 and 2021. All 3 missed the fact that the flue hadn't been sealed. Not good enough. Am considering contacting Gas Safe.

I can't fault the profesionalism and speed in which Plumbing Care Services dealt with my broken boiler. Someone came to assess the boiler the day I called, and I was given the option of either a repair or new boiler, both excellent value, but I chose a new boiler due to previous boiler age and make. The new boiler was fitted the following working day. Jake our fitter, was polite, punctual and extremely professional, kept the noise and disruption to an absolute minimum, to the point where you wouldnt know they were here (both myself and my partner are working from home at the moment) and he had our heating up and running within 3 hours, really cannnot fault them. A big unforseen bonus is that the new system is far hotter and more efficient then before, so hoping to save money on the heating bill too! Again, an all round excellent service.

Paul and team fitted a new boiler for me in January . Paul had an old - school work ethic of being reliable , keeping you informed , going above and beyond with customer care . There was a slight problem after my new boiler installation meaning I couldn’t use it and freezing weather was predicted . Paul was there within a few hours to remedy on a Saturday evening .Thank you Paul and team . After some shoddy plumbing work you’ve restored my faith !

Wow very impressed with this company. From my initial enquiry and response on the phone with Ellen, who completely put me at ease, to the same day inspection and advice from Dave regarding repairs, boiler types and installation options I felt this was a completely honest company who, at no time, tried to confuse me with technical jargon, pressure me in to making a quick decision or made a sales pitch. On making my decision to go for a new boiler (mine being well over 20 years old) I was impressed by the speedy response and arrival of the one I chose. Jake and Connor took great care to protect my safety by wearing suitable masks and keeping rooms ventilated. They fitted the boiler in a day despite my cottage being very difficult to work in (very old quirky lay out). Later I had to go out and on my return I could not believe how warm it was! My old boiler obviously hadn’t been working efficiently for years as it had never been this warm. The reason I didn’t replace it before is because I was very wary of being taken advantage of so I wish I’d known about this company years ago and I just wanted to recommend them to anyone out there in the same situation as myself.

I can't give these guys 1 star as they came out within 24hours once contacted initially.. so that's the only reason I've given them 2 stars. Everything else has been bad customer service and incompetent. I'm heavily pregnant and don't have any hot water. The boiler engineer had a look at my boiler and said I will need parts ordered and will set me back a few hundred, advised I had an old boiler which would need replacing (thankful for that advise). I was told the new parts would take a day or two to arrive. I've not heard back 24 hours later, even after emailing them and after texting the boiler service person. I've been forced into getting a new boiler on finance as I have no hot water, no response from these guys and wasting £80 on the fee yesterday. Not impressed at all and really fed up.

Amazing service - New boiler fitted within 1 day. We have used this company before for small jobs (always very happy with the office and the service) and so we had no hesitation calling them when the boiler in our new flat broke down. Upon internal inspection it was obviously, even to a layperson, beyond repair. Plumbing Care gave us a good quote and from an initial Monday evening visit we had a new boiler in and working by Wednesday night. Couldnt be happier!
