This probably isn’t the first time that Gary and his staff have had a negative review regarding in store service.4th visit today to post 2 EVRI parcels and been told whilst in the queue that “we’re not doing parcels”.Not an apology, or reason given…just a straight “we’re not doing parcels”.After asking to speak with a manager to enquire as to why, Gary, in his passive aggressive tone, just said “because we are full”. His tone and demeaner was incredibly negative. I feel sorry for the staff working in an atmosphere like that in Tesco at Brayton. What a rude little man.The Westbourne convenience store, a mile away, had no problem taking my 2 next day delivery parcels.I have spent £2700 at Tescos since January, but they won’t be getting any more of my cash.

Very disappointed I wanted a packet of gluten free, or free from biscuit. And s plain loaf, free from and all that was on the shelfs were items with nut or seeds. Mot every one wants nuts and seeds. Tesco have a fab range of free from. And that tesco express is very large. And had nothing to offer sadly disapointed

Why state that the shop closes at 9pm when at 8.55pm i was not allowed to enter, and a lady was stood at the locked door saying the gentlemen at the till was the last to be served. Either you are open until 9pm or you are not. I will gladly take my business elsewhere until you can find staff that are willing to work what they contractually agree to.Feel free to check the CCTV to prove my case

Avoid! the fuel is expensive, not all the pumps are operational, EVER! The staff are slow and rude. During a lunch time rush, 5 staff on, 1 sat at a desk (sure that can wait 10 mins to clear the customers down) , 2 staff stacking ONE shelf (I'm sure that one person can put bread on a shelf unsupervised.), two behind the counter serving with 18 people in the queue. the 3 just look over at the queue and smirk!!! This is my closest fuel station and used it for years but from now on I will travel further on purpose as i cannot tolerate this pathetic level of service.

Just been into get filled up with Fuel,Machine wasn't set to work by the checkout,Lady was waiting behind me, went in to ask,was told someone's coming out to See to it'? I waited for five minutes, the forecourt wasn't particularly busy, nobody came out?So I just drove off and went to ESSO,At least you get Service There,Useless lot at TESCO

Expensive place to buy petrol. Usually 5p more here than at Tesco Clifton Moor, Tesco Askern Bar / Sainsbury / Asda / Morrisons in York because no local competition other than Jet garage who charge the same. Convenient but always feel ripped off.

Place is ok,its the doylems who fill up then leave car at pump then go in and do weekly shop before paying. Move forward or park in spaces,not rocket science !! Pay at pump should be compulsory !

Tesco Express Petrol Station
One of only a few petrol stations in Selby, so does get very busy. The shop is useful for essentials, but parking can be a bit hit and miss when everyone is queuing for fuel. Staff are great and do their best to keep things moving.

Tesco Express Petrol Station
Again, issues with every pump being pay at pump ? with no ability to use my fuel card, unprofessional hand written A4 sign being illegible unit you have queued for 10 mins ? Many people also only have cash so are prohibited from using this petrol station. My question is where was this decision made locally or head office ?
