Great local company, called and they came out the next day and sorted our problem while educating us what to do next time. Very impressed.

Very prompt and professional service. Wouldn't even charge for the repair (admittedly not a major one) until I was happy that the problem had been solved - there were a number of possibilities . Would certainly use again.

It's a shame that Google doesn't allow you to leave 0 Stars. In sharp contrast to my previous experience - a complete waste of 3 weeks chasing for a quote. Called 3 times this week to finally get a 'no, we haven't done a quote, and no we don't have time for your job'. I wish I had taken heed of the recent list of 1 star reviews for this plumbing company and not wasted my time.

My telephone call was answered immediately. I advised them I needed a plumber but not urgently. Efficient and well mannered plumber arrived within two days. Job done.

I realised my combi boiler broke down this morning at 08.00 so I decided to contact TS heating, to report the problem, as I had used them in the past with excellent results. 4 hours later Nigel one of the very experienced gas engineers working for the company turned up, checked, fixed and tested the fault and everything is working satisfactorily again. I only have appreciation and gratitude for the way they conduct their business, thank you all specially Emma and Nigel for the amazing turnaround.

We have used TS for a few years now they never fell to do a great job. We moved last August and renovated our house throughout and have looked after us all the way. We highly recommend their service .

Such excellent service, received an early call to confirm the time of arrival (and arrived on time), kept me up to date with the problem and refused to leave until the job was fixed. Couldnt be happier - a fantastic company to deal with and will use again

Found Trevor very fast in responding and produced everything we asked. Very happy

Have been chasing them for over 3 weeks to quote us for a new boiler as they came very highly recommended by my husbands boss and they claim to have sent 2 engineers to our property on 2 separate occasions but we weren't there . They have never called us to let us know that they're on their way or what time they would visit. I think it's just common courtesy to let someone know before you visit them that you are going to visit their property. Then I was told the engineer was on holiday and returning to work today ie. MONDAY. The receptionist they'd call us to fix a visit today but no call and When I finally called them today i was met with a rude no we don't want to do your job. Very unprofessional turning away business like that and treating prospective customers like that. Luckily Southampton has hundreds of very good plumbers and we will be fine. What a waste of time though.
