What an excellent set of people. Nothing is too much trouble. Had Bathroom in for 2 years now and any problems I.e shower head coupling cracked. It was sorted out straight away. They are that good I recommended them to my brother who has also had a shower room created by Lee and the team. Keep up the good work everybody.

Great place, excellent customer service and competitive prices.We bought a bathroom suite from here, it was delivered on time as agreed. I made the mistake of buying mid pressure taps but this was quickly rectified and the taps were quickly swapped out for low pressure ones.During the exchange process they remained communicative and flexible.Highly recommended!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. After being told our suite would be in store to collect in a week it was around 4 weeks before it actually was, then tried to give us a damaged bath, replaced it with another damaged bath, said they would replace it and deliver at our convenience and collect other damaged bath. Couldn't deliver the day we needed, so ended up taking the damaged bath back ourself and picking the new one up and they are refusing to refund us any money! 8 weeks later we finally have a bathroom! Avoid at all costs, money and time spent wasn't worth isn't worth the hassle.

I have not purchased anything from this establishment but overheard the most shocking and aggressive manner over the telephone to one of their customers who has a genuine problem asking for help. THE ONLY RECOMMENDATION I MAKE FOR THIS PLACE IS TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!

Shutters are down and notices up saying the company is going into liquidation on 3rd August.Called in at the beginning of June as the shower valve has sprung a leak, bought from Barnsley Tile and Bathrooms around a year ago but that shop shut December 2017 and they 'moved' to this one, initially they took my details and asked for me to email pictures and video of the shower valve leaking along with the order sheet from Barnsley T&B, after not receiving any emails back I called into the branch and it is shut.Companies House shows that so far Huddersfield T&B then Barnsley T&B have dissolved and finally Doncaster has gone, there is information on the shutter regarding the Liquidation and who to contact for outstanding orders.

As of right now, anyone looking into this company please be warned. Very Sketchy. The owner has promised my parents bathroom equipment in which they paid in full months ago. Now we have been told he has moved offices under Yorkshire Trade Bathrooms Limited without notifying anyone.This business has been dissolved officially and he did not alert anyone, was seen by nearby people to his store to be moving everything away and is no longer taking calls but is still conducting business and taking money. Stay away.

We had our bathroom done in the summer, from start to finish the service was brilliant the staff at the showroom couldn't help us enough! Gary came out and measured up and had lots of ideas, the fitters worked non stop and were polite and very tidy! So pleased with our end result. Everyone always comments on our bathroom and we recommend the company all the time! Thanks again Gary!

This company was recommended to me by a colleague. But how long does it take to get a full quote? Contacted them, called in obviously don't know how to manage customer expectation. Was told by estimator I would get my quote and design in 2 weeks. They really need to keep in contact with their customers if there is a hiccup, instead of ignoring them, all this does is makes you become irritated.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying Tiles form here!We purchased tiles, that were meant to go together, from a board in the showroom. They looked fine on the display board in the showroom. However, the batches that we received had different hues, which only became apparent once fixed on the walls - one batch has beige/brown tones whilst the other looks blue/grey. We have contacted the showroom four times and they showed poor after sales service, they showed little interest in our plight. We eventually managed to get a Tile Rep out from idea ceramica, the manufacturers, to view the problem......so far we have had no response!
