Had the pleasure of Gayes teaching this week! After trying (and failing!) macarons at home previously I thoroughly enjoyed learning the multiple ways I was going wrong and that actually, once the “faff” some recipes contain is removed macarons are not so difficult or time consuming after all! I would highly recommend Gayes classes to anyone keen to learn how to make successful Macarons

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our macaron masterclass with Gaye. Having read many recipes and problems that can happen with learning this art I thought it would be best to attend a class. Gaye is the real macaron master. Even if you're a complete novice (like me!), she works her magic and guides you through the process step-by-step to the perfect macarons. Her classes are very informative and lots of fun. Gaye is super attentive to all the bakers, making you feel very comfortable and confident in the kitchen. 10/10!

I had the pleasure of attending a Macaron making masterclass with The Real Macaron Company in August 2021. I really appreciated how Gaye demystified the art of making perfect macaron. Her tried and tested method, starting with a 1-egg recipe you can then scale up, meant it was easy to try the first time.My first batch came out perfectly - and I know I can now replicate them at home. :)It’s definitely worth signing up for a class if you’ve had macarons go awry or fancy a fun activity with friends.
