Got my MacBook fixed at very reasonable price, and much quicker than expected.They offered to replace the entire top case in store at the cost of the battery to resolve my issues with battery life and keyboard.No data lose, no unexpected costs. The new keyboard feels quite different but in a good way. The battery lasts longer than it used to.Short waiting time (5 mins max) The stuff was very nice and helpful.The only thing is that I got my laptop back with some scratches on the trackpad, but I'm genuinely not sure if they were there before because I never look at it while working, so can't complain. They take photos of your laptop on the outside when you drop it off, but maybe ask to take photos on the inside as well.Anyway – I hope my laptop works fine after the repair, and can highly recommend the guy working at this store!

Had a very pleasant experience every time I’ve gone in, either to buy or speak to the team regarding my devices. They are very help and nice to talk to. When needing help due to a battery issue with my iphone the assistant explained the issue and located with the technician about the repair

Best service I’ve ever had in store yesterday. .. very patient and fountain of knowledge on technology . Store was very busy but didn’t wait too long . He also knew how to fix my issue with my mobile which another store in town didn’t .. we were very impressed. Will be back next week .

I'm very happy with my phone repair! The engineers replaced my phone screen and I was able to retrieve all of my data from the device. A battery replacement was also included in the price, which was great. Very grateful for the quick and professional service!

I would give 6 * ,costumer service 110%,the manager and one his staff give to me the best support they could to resolve my problem and the manager did go to the extra step to replace my broken piece of my phone,he took the brooked piece from a new phone , to replace in my phone.Instead of sending me to a Samsung repair shop in Tottenham Court Road.And the guy who assisted was also very polite,helpfully.7

5 stars for the staff. They guided me appropriately and vest thing. They give priority to the costumers and provide necessary advice wich works in the best interest of the costumer.

I recently had an unfortunate incident where my phone (samsung fold 5 ) got submerged in water, resulting in a short circuit and rendering it completely non-functional. In a state of panic, I immediately searched for a reliable mobile repair shop in my area..I gave them my phone for a thorough inspection, and they explained the extent of the damage and the potential repairs required. Throughout the repair process, they kept me updated on the progress.I was delighted to find that the repair was finished within a week. After having lost all hope, it was an incredible relief to see my phone working again! Really excellent value for my money, especially considering the level of service and the results achieved. The boy at mobile world on my visit today was so helpful and kind.. he managed to find the very last item I was looking for a while. He was kind enough to help us try different speakers as well to make the right choice. Lovely chap!! .. deserves it!!

Friendly and helpful staff, He found me just what I wanted on a smart phone, the a14 Cream and also wallet case for it. They had a great offer of 20% off the price too ! Would highly recommend this store if you are in North London.
