I Spoke Tony from Alpha recovery and he was the most pleasant gentleman I have spoken to, he thought about my safety first and he got me recovered immediately from the hard shoulder on the A1. I can’t thank this guy enough as he went out his way to personally see my safety was adhered to as first priority!

If I could give no stars I would staff are disgustingly rude, very unhelpful & argumentative why work in a job where you have zero people skills? Customer service training is well over due!

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff clearly hate their job the man who dealt with us was very aggressive,unhelpful,ignorant,rude and was a bully i wonder if it was males standing there instead of 2 females he might of acted differently

Excellent service. Recovered a broken down classical campervan from a roundabout. The driver, Dan, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and did everything he possibly could to ensure my wife and I were safe. The recovery was timely and even a police officer who was present credited the work that had been done.
