Carhartt WIP Store Manchester

Been to this store on two occasions now. The first time I went, I experienced a not very helpful staff member who I could see didn’t obviously want to be there. Second time I went the customer service was top notch, greeted me as I walked into the store and helped me with sizes. Good quality clothing and will definitely be coming back for more.

just don’t touch the jeans. someone might have to rearrange them!

Very helpful. Super cool environment. Great coffee served, no refunds is a little out of step with the retail world but loved my purchase. As a retail director I have a good idea of what good looks like. The store and staff are awsome the operations set up is lacking. Still 5 stars all the way.

Right so to be clear this is based off the experience I had in the shop on the corner. There are two shops opposite one and other and the difference in customer service between the two are night and day. Maybe the job requirements for the corner shop are to be moody and rude.Walked in wasn’t greeted by any staff. Asked to see a bag and when it was brought out the attendant just sarcastically said “thank you” didn’t even give me a chance to speak to thank her. Was a shame cause I really liked the bag so left went across the road to the other Carhartt store where the staff were brilliant. Spoke to them about the clothes the bags gave loads of useful insight and help in to which to buy. Ended up buying a bag, t shirt and cargos. Shame the women in the other store couldn’t be arsed to show some decent customer service. And a good job they have two stores.

Lovely staff! Got a couple of staple pieces and managed to get something that wasn't even on the rack! Thank you xx

Not the Carhartt of the US I grew up on. Appears to be designer type clothes vs hearty workwear. That said the store was very clean and nice. Well put together. Just disappointed in the selection that was offered. There was another store across the street but didn’t go in, maybe that had the workwear?

Excellent customer service, We had Leo serve us. Honestly recommend to anyone if your looking for some quality products while having a good time talking to the staff that work there. 10/10

Really good customer service and good quality clothes. Recently purchased a hoodie in the wrong size. When I went back to exchange for a larger size I was given a £40 voucher too. This was because the hoodie was now on sale, so it was the difference between what I had paid and how much the item now cost.
