I want to thank Foxy Funk, and a special mention to Kate for all her help indesigning the hen part t-shirts for my friends Hen Party We had our Hen Party at the Weekend and I wanted to thank you very very much for the printing of the t-shirts. They looked first class and all fitted really well. All ladies loved them and we got a lot of people complementing us on how nice they were and they were really comfortable to wear. My friend is getting married next year, we will be going with this company again in future x

My boyfriend ordered t-shirts for a stag do. They took the money and never sent any item or responded to emails. He even paid for express delivery - what a joke. I would advise against ordering from this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Took my money but never received item. Haven't been able to contact them - ignoring all emails, calls and voicemails requesting refund.

I have placed 2 orders with Foxy Funk; one last year and one just recently.. The first one was quite a disaster BUT when it was all brought to their attention, they did what they could to sort out the mistakes, offered discount and when I have used them again this time, I cannot fault them.. I have been in contact with Kate who has been so helpful and responsive and I received my order quicker than expected..And the t-shirts look fab!.. They have definitely restored my faith and I will be using them in the future and be recommending them :)

Emailed to see if they could do me a vest top before the 23rd November. Was promised they could. Paid via PayPal and heard nothing since no vest top no contact via phone or email despite numerous emails and voicemail left... Won't use this service again think it's a scamUpdate... Received a email from foxy funk very sincere in their apologies looks like a royal mail mix u. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this and find out where the top is not that it's needed now... Explained its now too late to wear and would like my refund will see how we go. Assured company is not a scam and they pride themselves on customer ser ices so will give them a chance to make it up and change this review.Update... After a week I had to email again as no contact with them and they replied to say they would be sending refund. Told email wouldn't accept so sent other email address been another week and no contact and no refund yet. Absolutely ridiculous and a joke

Amazing service and the T-shirt’s I ordered are brilliant and arrived really quickly! Made quite a large order for a hen do but one of the T-shirt’s came with a few holes in (manufacturer error), so I contacted Foxy Funk via WhatsApp. They replied the next working day and said they would get it sorted for me ASAP. I had a brand new T-shirt’s in the post the very next day. Super impressed and pleased with my order, thank you!

Ordered a t-shirt for a hen do but the item did not arrive. It had passed the promised 10 day delivery time and despite numerous attempts to contact I have had no response. The hen do has now been and gone and so I have no use for the item should it actually ever arrive.

Ordered 12 T Shirts from them on Friday 31st. No email confirmation confirming order, no responses to the emails sent and no answer to phone calls.I have also asked on the emails for one of the T Shirts to be changed to a medium. If I dont have a respnse today I will be requesting a refund from Pay pal.*Update*, I have updated this review as they got back to me, confirmed the changed and sent them out as a priority which I recieved today.Quality of tshirts is brilliant & as described.4 star due to initial confusion but they have redeemed themselves

Ordered 8 personalised T-Shirts for a stag do. Each was a different colour. The items arrived within a week and look fantastic. Brilliant quality especially givens the price point.

I placed an order with this company for t-shirts. I initially received an email to say my order was processing and haven't heard from them since. Despite sending a number of emails, calling the number on their website over and over and trying to contact them through their Facebook page I am yet to her anything back. I seriously think I've been scammed.I finally heard back from them in relation to my order after contacting PayPal to report the issue. They said there was a problem with my email address, a phone call would have been an easy solution to this. I have since received my order and the T-shirts are great, it's just a pity the customer service doesn't match.
