What an outstanding service we received here on the 4-2-19 coming from an island my daughter has never seen a stationary shop like this so they barged through the doors quite boystrously after waiting for it to open, as u can imagine 3 very hyper and excited children running around and despite this we received the best customer service I have ever received! The gentleman working (never got his name sorry) was amazing, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some, he was polite despite how hyper the children were and how awkward we were (constantly asking for prices and putting things back etc) I would 100% recommend this shop just for the service we'd received! It's rare to find someone who actually enjoys their job and wants to help thier customer's. Smiggle if u do employee of the month rewards etc then the gentlemen who served us this day well and truly deserves! Keep up the good work and we will be back on our next trip to the mainland :-)

Wonderfull, helpful staff... especially Heather, treated my kids like her own as they sniffed every product insight to find the tastiest of them all. Made the experience.
