I don't usually leave reviews, but Holly, Tash and the team at Cliftons at Derby deserve the exception.Took no end of time with us over multiple visits to discuss various options and physically show us the products, before we decided on what we wanted and needed, and no bother at all to adjust and revise the quotes. Holly even went the extra mile (if not further) to help us with a billing issue - something I can't imagine anyone doing at any of the big retailers, or anywhere else for that matter.Everything delivered on the agreed date, nothing missing, everything as ordered. Sounds simple, but not everyone manages it.I'd never heard of Cliftons until we started our bathroom projects, but I wish we needed to deal with them regularly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The whole team at Clifton's are amazing, spent time with me to go through everything from taps to tiles. The products I received are great quality very impressed with the materials. Thanks guys

We were unaware of this company chain until we were recommended them by our bathroom fitter, Liam. We are SO impressed with their consultancy and home measure service combined with excellent product ranges in their Alfreton Road showroom ( with lots of free parking)! Kayleigh, Dan, Roger and Sarah are very knowledgeable in their field, and they demonstrate great attention to detail in order to give the highest customer service experience possible. They are happy to show you all kinds of combinations of products to suit your needs, whether it is for a high budget or a low one. Forget hours of aimlessly wandering around trying to find staff in the likes of Wickes or B and Q, and get this friendly bunch of professionals to lighten the load of designing and choosing your bathroom, from flooring to ceiling !Highly recommend Clifton's Bathrooms in Derby, pay them a visit!

I was really impressed with Clifton Trade Bathrooms. I was helped by Andy, a new business developer, who talked me through all the products. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The range of products Andy was able to offer was also excellent - not too much that it was overwhelming, but more than enough to provide a good range of choice. He offered a fair price and personalised service. Arranging delivery was quick and easy. If you want excellent advice, a quality selection and good value, I would highly recommend CTB Derby.

Really great helpful team, all of them took the time to help us with product selection, and gave loads of advice, Sarah especially, she's great.Product quality looks to be reasonable.It is worth looking at the price they quote though, and cross check this against other suppliers.
