Good price for area, compared to competitors.I was initially attracted by the combination of location, cost and value for money.But these were newly taken over and we suffered from a LOT of teething problems.Disliked · Stayed for 8 days (whilst gas leak was fixed in house), during which we were moved TWICE!!1st apartment had a broken washing machine (allegedly brand new) which caused £135 worth of damage to a whole load of clothes. Flying Butler did agree to pay for damages.2nd apartment had a broken shower (allegedly brand new), so no hot water coming from it, although hot out of every tap.3rd apartment was what we had expected / hoped for in the beginning.Different facilities in each apartment, so by end of stay we had taken all the good bits to the final one!TV does not offer Freeview or terrestrial channels, you need a subscription or account for on-demand or Netflix etc,Safe is either not tether down (you could pick it up and run), or didn't exist in the 3rd apartment.Despite paying for damages (which was only right), it was a struggle to get compensation out of FB. They did offer one night stay (£90) which I thought was pitiful given our displacement over the first weekend, but had to accept due to no other offer being made.

40 minutes to gain access to our flat, treated like idiots by the so-called customer service team. Will never use this company again

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was elegant, cozy, and affordable.

No contact prior to arrival. Last minute advised directions and entry codes. No idea what we were getting? TV not working.Yet it is a very nice place. A brochure would be nice or an onine site to view typical rooms and facilities.
