Peacocks

I shopped at Lincoln peacocks today being Sunday 17 May 22. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my wife tking at the side of me. Spent £100 and as about the music being sooud she said there's nothing she could do as the head office are the only ones who can turn it down. I told my wife to leave the £100 of clothes a d walked out because the music was to loud giving me a head ache. Wife never heard me and paid. 3 people walked out because of the music being so loud. I will not spend another penny in peacocks if the music is too loud.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced will never step foot in this store again.

This review only applies to my last visit which was on Xmas Eve. I go in fairly regularly... sometimes pushing a wheelchair. The staff are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They offer help if I can't get thru with the wheelchair. They offer help if I have no wheelchair. However, on this occasion the manager had to be called as I had gone in about paying what I owed for a small item I had inadvertently left the shop with hanging on the wheelchair on the previous visit. Instead of a smile and thank you for being honest she didn't smile once, nor did she respond to anything I said whilst it was being sorted. She snapped at the lovely girls working 'beneath' her..whereas in my mind they were far superior to her as they were pleasant. She took my money and walked off. I so wish I had told her I thought she was rude!

Nice clean friendly staff store well stocked

Quality items but a little outdated now.It looks like you could cash your pension in there.

Rude staff. You don't get the £5 off being offered at the door when you spend £25 or more. Manager comes out at tells you that your being rude for asking for the deal, they are offering. Will never shop there again and will be taking my case to fair trading.

Great staff great shop everyone's lovely

Laye with review as was from over a year ago but felt this needed to be put on record: Staff was extremely disrespectful and even discriminatory - was absolutely appalled. The service was something from the 1930s, they need to get some professionalism taught to them.

Just popped in to take a quick look around not overly impressed prices average as was the stock

Very small store. Not much to choose from, the prices are quite high. Not how I remembered this store which is a shame.
