Just what we needed after a long day in Liverpool. We wanted to grab some coffee and cake after 6pm, most cafes were closed but this one was open late so we were able to get what we wanted with really friendly service!

Whoever was working tonight at the Mount Pleasant store needs firing. Swore at us as we tried to order and refused to serve us then got our uber eats order wrong as she refused to serve us in store and made us order uber eats, while continuing to serve her friends. Absolute joke of a person and company

⭐ Caution Advised: My experience at Safis dessert shop raised concerns regarding their advertising practices. It appears that they may not be using authentic Golden Malted Waffles as advertised, but rather a substitute product created in Golden Malted branded machines, presumably without appropriate authorization. This observation is intended to be informative and is based on personal experience. Note: I am open to reassessing this review if there is a resolution regarding the use of Golden Malted waffle machines

ordered online NEVER received my order 1.!had a text message saying “tried to connect you” never did they try contact me 2. a text message saying enjoy your order. ???i haven’t got my order and you don’t have a proper contact number to speak to someone !!!!
