Good advice, service and value from the Vasstech team for a cam belt and water pump change.Unfortunately no washed/valeted car this time due to staffing issue but they promised applying a “missed valet/wash discount” on my account for us to use at next visit. Great customer service.

There can sometimes be a bit of a wait to get your car booked in for a service or MOT here, this is only indicative of how many satisfied customers Vasstech has. Great communication while your car is with them and much cheaper than using a main dealer.

Communication has been excellent from booking in, to diagnosis & progression, right through to vehicle collection. As a motor dealer I am very happy to recommend Vasstech Auto Services. We contacted them on Thursday as our customer local to them had a concerning noise that had developed on the car we had supplied them. Within 24 hours Vasstech had inspected the car and found a stone that had got stuck in the braking system and got our customer back on the road.Brilliant and professional service, thank you.

I've used Vasstech for quite a few years now and find them efficient and reliable. The customer service has always been fantastic and the staff are superb. I did have a minor complaint going back a few years ago (and often this will put me off using a business), but it was dealt with so well by Nathalie that I was more than happy to continue using Vasstech and it even strengthened my loyalty to them.
