COVID, what's COVID? None of the staff nor majority of customers wore masks. A couple did have them dangling from one earlobe. Store had the usual mixture available, at good prices.

Great place to shop for cleaning, pets, toys, home ware, gifts, toiletries etc. Although prices have increased its still cheaper than supermarkets. Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff. Great range of products.

Not the staff’s fault but having to queue twice to get cigarettes when the counter is spitting distance from the first till I was at is barmy. Customer service should be about making it easy for the customer, not harder.

Love b&m….always got what I want ….it’s the parking ….we have to pay now this will kill your trade it’s crazy ….it was free for 30mins now it’s £1 ….won’t be shopping there anymore , will stop at Saltash on way home

Wandered in with my sister and bought a few things. Store is a smaller version than the one in Saltash but never the less has a great many things to buy. Store is clean and well laid out with signage in each aisle. I was served by a friendly member of the team. Nice place.
