I contacted Kevin to fix my computer when it wouldn't boot up. Not only was he able to diagnose and fix the problem within 24 hours, he was also able to install new components and turn down the speed of my fans (it's much quieter now!) I was very relieved to have my PC fixed and would definitely contact Kevin in the future for technical support.

Kevin set it up my PC several years back and now he can quickly (and usually remotely) fix any small problems that do occur. Kevin dealt with setting up my replacement computer earlier this year. He retrieved and transferred all the information from my old hard drive and has been there to help with any questions I have had since then. Really helpful. Has sorted out my laptop several times and helped me restore things like photos and files when I though all hope was lost., as well as get rid of viruses etc.Had a very annoying issue with Windows 10 which was also sorted for me.Very trustworthy too.Would thoroughly recommend Cambridge PC Support.

Laptop was showing Critical process Died, was virtually unusable, within two days of having laptop was fixed and working as new with an upgrade of windows 10 installed.very well priced and efficient. Even helped with a small issue with keyboard lights not working and over WhatsApp sent me necessary content to download. Very Pleased. Great communication, would recommend to anyone who is needing assistance or repairs.

Kevin was really helpful! I had a very tricky problem and he helped me over the phone initially and then offered to take my PC to take a better look. It's always a bit nerve racking handing over your whole desktop but it all went smoothly. Eventually Kevin was able to find the issue and I'm ordering a new part which should hopefully solve the problem! Thanks Cambridge PC support!

Kevin provides an excellent service. My ageing laptop had faults and was diagnosed and brought back to life within 24 hours. You can't ask for better service than that!Good value too!
