Contacted AR auto on Monday as my daughters exhaust had broken on her ford ka, they were so responsive and friendly through Facebook messenger, I sent them a photo of the problem they got back to me really fast with a quote booked in for today (Thursday the same week) they came and collected her car and bought it back free of charge and the driver was absolutely lovely. The lady that rang my daughter for payment was also absolutely lovely. from picking the car up to having it back to us took 4 hours tops and her car has never sounded better and she didn’t need to miss college or work as they offered the pick up and drop off service. I cannot thank you enough for how quick and stress free this all was. Amazing service would highly recommend them

I have used AR Autos a number of times now for a variety services and work on my Abarth 595. Each time they have been extremely professional and accommodating. Zoe is extremely good at keeping in contact with you and helping you on the day, whilst the mechanic team waste no time in getting to work.My last visit I had a service and map performed and I was able to wait for it to be finished in their comfortable and well decorated reception area.The map has changed my car dramatically for the better, not only has my smiles for miles increased but I have noticed better mpg and the car running smoother.I will be using them in the future and recommending them to my pals!

Excellent, friendly and professional service. Came highly recommended by the AOCSSH owners club so drove the hour to put my Abarth 595 in for a service, MOT, brakes and investigation. All work completed on time as promised and to a high standard, price was competitive.They also lent me their modified courtesy car which has given me a few ideas….

Outstanding! Had my alternator, belt and auxiliary belt tensioner replaced by Antony! Superb communication and got my car back by 11 after picking up at 08:30 after I asked if I could get it back by 12! Superb job and will definitely use again! Thanks.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After looking at other reviews they may be good at tuning but I broke down locally and asked them to fix clutch and slave cylinder. After 2 attempts and 3 months with them I had to take it somewhere else and get a refund through credit card company. I advise you do not ask this garage to do mechanical repairs!

Quoted a very fair price for a Cam Belt and Water Pump do my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Collected car from home. Kept informed of what would happen. Glitch with a part that they were not happy to fit. New part ordered. All sorted and delivered back. Good service nice people to speak to. Give them a try.

Found this garage through a whocanfixmycar website. I was a little skeptical as I've never used one of these sites before but I'm glad I did. Spoke to ar autos on the phone before booking. Zoe was great and made everything super easy. I live 20 minutes away from the garage and work nights. I mentioned this to Zoe saying it'll be difficult for me to get the car to them in time and she said they can collect my car and drop it off, which they did. They collected my car, changed my cam belt and water pump for a very reasonable price and even dropped the car back off free of charge. Cannot fault them at all. They've definately got themselves a new long term customer. Highly recommend this garage.

Booked in giulietta cloverleaf here after they were so helpful in running a diagnostic on my wife's car a few months previously. Just finished a 2000 mile tour down to Spain in the car and thrilled with the timing belt change they did. The vehicle has over 100k miles and feels fresh and new still. AR provided a premium dealer type level of service and experience but at a very affordable price. I had a fun mito as a courtesy car for the day and would happily use them again or recommend to other Alfa Romeo owners. These folk clearly know and love their alfas.
