The customer service was impeccable. They were kind and showed me around. Plus they showed me the pen first and explained what’ll happen. I even saw the effort gone into making sure they don’t boil while the weather had been hot. They made me feel safe leaving my cats there until I arrived back. The pens are clean and have cute themes. They also did a great job at making sure my card were groomed when I picked them up. They looked amazing and I knew I had left my cats in the safe hands.

We've been taking our pets to this cattery since 2002 and have always been pleased with the level of service. The owners are very friendly and they make sure that they spend time with each and every animal in their care. The cat pens are always maintained to the highest standard and each pen is of a generous size. If you book 2 pens then there is a lockable door which links the 2 pens so the pets can roam freely between the 2 pens should they wish.Overall, if you are looking for a cattery without the uncertain doubts of levels of service and quality of care for your pets then look no further.

Super safe and peaceful retreat for your favourite fur babies, they even provide a Christmas dinner for their feline guests, Jenny the Lovely Lady who runs it is really friendly, and a true Cat Lover, and you can rest easy on your holiday safe in the knowledge your furry friends are receiving the best of care during their stay, Highly Recommended - Julie

Jenny also offers home boarding for dogs and has looked after my dog, Ben, on several occasions. Today Ben was joined by our new puppy, Meg, and they stayed with Jenny for a few hours. They came home happy and very tired. Thanks Jenny.

Overall very disappointed.I took my cat to get trimmed and cleaned up, which took just over an hour before I got called to pick her up because she 'attacked' the assistant.I was left with an unfinished job, my cat had some bleeding snip cuts around areas that were touched, very stressed, and shaking for about two hours after. I paid what I assumed was the full price for an unfinished job.I took my cat to another groomer, a completely different experience. They said my cat was very calm the entire time, didn't try to run or attack, and was very easy to work with. They took less than an hour and finished what was asked, with no damage to the cat's skin. On the journey home, she was very calm and not stressed at all. They were also cheaper. Two very completely different experiences.I chose them based on the almost 5-star reviews and positive feedback. I should have filtered the search to the newest reviews at the time, looking at multiple reviewing sites now, I see they have a few 2-star reviews recently. I waited to go to a second groomer before making this review to see if the experience would be equal.

we always use Badgers to look after our cat Small when we are away. We think he feels like he is going to the Hilton he is so well looked after by people who really care.

Fantastic facilities, absolutely love the luxury suites and can't wait to try them all out! I love how each cat gets time spent with each day, and the photos on Instagram is a lovely touch! ❤️

We’ve used Badgers Cattery for two times so far and are completely satisfied with the level of service and care provided so would highly recommend using them to look after your loved ones. The pens are always clean and a choice of a standard or Luxury pen are available, they also post a picture of them on intsagram so you can see them still while your away.Highly recommend 5 star *****
