Just bought my mini countryman from Chris James cars. Not only did I get a good deal but the finance was sorted out in a jiffy. Costa was professional and highly experienced. Highly recommend !

We traveled an hour and a half to view a BMW 3 series; which was immaculate.I have to say we were considerably early for our appointment and got there before the business was even due to open as there was a lack of traffic on the way up - but despite this we were still welcomed in and handed the keys straight away.There was No hard selling or pressure in sight and the guys here really let the cars sell themselves. We took it for a quick test drive and knew straight away this was the car for us.We sat down to go through the financing which we'd already got pre approved for before we made an appointment. (Even without a spotless credit history!) And for the whole process from arriving to driving off with the car took about an hour! Very quick :)The car then got put through its paces as we were in traffic for hours on the way back and had no issues.Working in the automotive industry myself I know there's always risks buying used cars; even the best dealerships can't predict car gremlins! However we were reassured that if anything goes wrong we were to call them straight away, and anything minor we could get fixed at a more local, approved mechanic and send the invoice to Chris James dealers which put our minds at ease.All in all it was a fantastic streamlined, no-pressure service with great down to earth staff.

Craig and the team are brilliant. The car I viewed was immaculate and very well looked after. Great communication throughout and there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Craig was also very patient with a rather unorganised finance company and kept me informed of the process throughout. Would highly recommend!

Craig was brilliant with our purchase, very laid back with letting us inspect and test drive the car, which was immaculately presented and clearly well looked after. I am so impressed by Chris James Vehicles. I bought a Land Rover from them last week. It was straight forward buying the car and I didn't feel any pressure or hard sell. There was one small issue with the heater switch, which Craig sorted straight away, no quibbling, just got it fixed. I think the speed with which he sorted a problem is most impressive. Everything was as described and having had the car fully checked over independenltly it is in great condition. I know it can be stressful buying a car, but not with Craig!

I recently bought a car from Chris James cars which I found on auto trader, gave them a call and Craig was more then accommodating, able to fit me in to view and test drive the car same day, car was as described in the description and gave me as much time as i liked inspecting and test driving the car, Craig was great salesman who’s not just trying to flog any old motor, but a car that fits your needs/wants - would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy
