Heidi Air Conditioning

I had an AC fitted by Heidi last year . Michael and Jack installed it. Did an excellent job very professional , clean and tidy and respectful of my house. I have used the AC everyday and it’s been excellent. The best thing I have invested so far . Jack serviced my unit yesterday to keep my 3 yr warranty which comes standard with the product. Again excellent service by Jack. I can’t be more impressed by the unit or Heidi the company ! Plus my oil froze over the winter months last year so my AC unit was used for heating, another useful addition. Also the electric costs are low while running it !

Heidi Air Conditioning were simply brilliant. Home visit to advise on the best set up of the AC was very informative allowing me to make informed decisions on what we wanted without trying to upsell me on things that weren't needed.Guys work tireless to get the installation in before the heatwave and did a great run through all the equipment and we haven't had any additional questions since. They even opened a shop for us on a Saturday so we can see the units before making the final decision.All work was done with little interruption to our day and to the highest of standard. They flexed the timings of the noisy tasks to allow me to continue with business calls for work.Simply can't recommend them enough!

After the heatwave last summer and the affect to my health, we decided to take the plunge and get an A/C unit installed in our home. We contacted this company and were dealt with professionally from start to finish. They were reliable, prompt and efficient the whole way through the process. We absolutely love the new unit, with the added bonus of it supplying heat in the winter time at relatively low cost. We would definitely recommend this company.

Michael and Jack installed aircons in our house last year and we use them for all of our heating and cooling needs. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work, and the efficiency of the heat pumps. Highly recommended.

Heidi installed a air conditioning unit for my mother’s apartment in June 2023, and they did an absolutely brilliant job. Very, very neat installation, as inconspicuous as it could possibly be and with absolutely no mess at all. The unit’s size and positioning means that the apartment is now beautifully comfortable, and the indoor unit is essentially silent (very quiet outdoor unit too.) And they’re lovely folks to deal with. Heidi is very much a family business - you’ll probably get to meet or speak to most of the family! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
