Friendly staff. Parking usually available but it can be tight. Good selection for a local but some things extortionately priced. Ag Potatoes £1.50. co-op down road £1.15 - Same size. Decent selection of items otherwise. Good to have it here .

I went there to collect some pre-ordered Argos products and their customer service is very good. One of the customer assistants even carried a bulky item for me up to my car boot. Thank you.

Really helpful and friendly staff members. A staff member called Jasmine was extremely helpful I really appreciated her help as I had 2 toddlers with me and she helped to bring my items to my car.

Not sure who designed this shop but they need a rethink one entry/exit yet three ways into car park. Staff move very slow when serving you. Everything you would expect product wise so in that respect decent.

Well stocked but the prices are higher than sainsbury's supermarkets,some items a pound more, convenient if you need the odd item but wouldn't do a full shop there

This is my closest local supermarket but I don’t enjoy visiting.The prices seem very high even for an “express” store. Only co-op are higher.The staff seem under trained and are more like to be chatting to each other rather than helping customers.I use self service or the self scan app. The main checkout rarely has more than one person on it even when there are queues. It’s the same person looking after the self checkout, so you can be waiting a while if you need any assistance (age verification etc).More training needed.

Sainsbury's in Street Lane unfortunately falls short in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. During my visits, I consistently noticed a lack of cleanliness, with the store frequently being dirty and the floors often wet. This not only creates an unpleasant environment for shoppers but also raises concerns about safety. Slippery floors can pose a hazard to customers and should be promptly addressed. The overall lack of attention to cleanliness and the persistently wet floors make it difficult to recommend Sainsbury's in Street Lane as a satisfactory shopping destination.

Poor service. Ziad one of the staff members just watched us at the checkout till. Didn't serve us until someone else came in the queue. No hello. Nothing. Customer service course wouldn't go amiss.
