Great place, just ask Chris or Luke for assistance with whatever you need for your adventures and you'll be sorted. Proud to support my local Millets store with customer service like theirs, plus why buy online when you can walk in and take your purchase away same day for the same price without all the hassles and cost of delivery? Cant see the thing you need? Just ask them like I did, they've got loads more items in stock than you see. Thanks Chaps for all your help and advice too.

Excellent store. I bought a coat for my husband online and returned it to the store as it was too large. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised for the correct size to be sent to our address. Good variety of products in store.

Its a great store with a huge selection of clothing and footwear. All good quality and you won't be disappointed. Whats best of all is the staff. Very friendly and so helpful. The prices are competitive as well so can't beat it

Fantastic. So happy that the shops are starting to open. Great to be served by real people. The guy who served me was pleased to be back. He was Freindly, cheerful (despite everything) and it was nice to have a face to face conversation with someone. Let's all take care. Stick to the rules and help the shops and everyone get back to as near normal as quickly as possible. Welcome back....

If you are built over 2xl, forget it. This branch is closing down with some bargains to be had. Staff awsome considering that their shop is going. For me, Go Outdoors is better.

Came here looking for a good quality waterproof lightweight jacket and found just what I wanted. The man who served me was very helpful and there was a spacious fitting room. There's a wide range of outdoor clothes for both men and women and you can also buy special cleaning and reproofing products for them. Walking boots, rucksacks, sleeping bags and camping gear are upstairs. Some great discounts.

Fantastic service today from a young man who advised me on a new pair of walking shoes. He really knew what he was talking about, listening to me, and taking into account my requirements. I've ended up with a perfect, comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you!

Very helpful staff. Not the biggest store that millets have but they've still managed to fit in a lot of stock into a small space. Staff always happy to help if you have any question.

Bought most of our walking gear from Millets recently. Ordered on-line at first but had too many problems with delivery, missing items and goods lost in transit. Going in store is better. Helpful staff, great advice and good discounts too. This is a really good store and we will certainly be buying again and not bothering with on-line delivery. 5 stars, just great!
