Lovely shop, everything is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed and whimsical.My only issue was that the menswear area was lacking a bit of color. It was all black-grey-blue-red and army camouflage. Maybe it's a testament to menswear in general, but sadly I couldn't find something cute for myself :)

My young daughter spotted something in the window at the Victoria Gate side that she liked the look of so we wandered around to go in. Upon entry we were met with loud profanity-laden music that escalated the more we stayed. As this wasn't really suitable for her ears we left fairly quickly without buying the item we wanted.The store is really well done out, had a great range of items etc, it's maybe just a bit too edgy" for some younger visitors or those of a more sensitive nature.If it was just us grown ups it would have been OK

got a dress from there recently, the dress was cute but got home and realised dirty stains and holes in the dress. took it back and all they would do is give me a gift voucher. the dress was 28 quid, nothing in there is worth what it's priced. give this one a miss

Cute items and a great layout but 2 of the staff were rude, condescending and unfriendly throughout my experience that I won't be visiting again. I don't need chit chat but at least be polite and not sarcastic and abrupt when asked a question.

Decent selection of clothing, well laid out shop, a good mens section and the music isn't too loud so overall a comfortable shopping experience.One thing I will say - I have worked in retail so understand to an extent, but, even though the shop wasn't busy, I was surprised to hear staff swearing as they were chatting at the till. I get that it's an edgier shop than say, M&S, but for all you know I could've been a mystery shopper!
