The team at Multipack are always going the extra mile for us, to be honest they feel more of an extension of our business than an independent supplier. We've never had a problem talking through our requirements and working out solutions. They manage our stock and fulfilment (retail and wholesale).

I've been using Multipack's services for a bit less than a year and I feel like we've been collaborating already for years. Excellent communication, great service and fast response to problems that may arise. The latter is the most important for me as there will be problems along the way but it's the speed and efficiency that these problems are faced and resolved that makes the difference and this is where Multipack is doing a great job.

Carl and his team are a very friendly, honest and easy company to work with. The quality control these guys do and the labeling is exceptional! The communication has been great too - Before and after production Carl makes sure everything is checked over, and clarified with me before moving the products onto a fulfilment centre. They offer a variety of packaging solutions from bottle filling, labelling, tamper sealing and so much more. I really like how all the product packaging can be done under one roof - it certainly takes a lot of weight off my shoulders.

Nothing's ever too much of a problem. Always strive to accommodate requirements. Never let us down yet!
