James, Claire and the team at Emotions have been excellent with me and my family. Just what we needed at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was easy to understand and make decisions on. Everything we needed and more was provided for us and my dad and in a way that worked for us. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion as well as professional polished service.

I just want and need people to know, how Kevin and his wonderful team at emotions have made our father's funeral( which was only Yesterday ) a truly memorable day, nobody wants to Bury their father, but, they made this whole experience surprisingly easy and effortless, we had never done anything like this before but everything that we wanted for dad's special day we got, nothing was too much. We don't know what we would of done without them, any little worries that we contacted Kevin with well he sorted them straight away, and as for the flowers, they were beautiful, they made the whole day memorable, no offence Kevin, I hope we don't ever need you again but if we do then we would have no doubt whatsoever in you being our first choice. Thank you so much Kevin and your team, lots of love from all of the sheehy family.

Our father Paul Gledhill passed away suddenly on 23rd February 2023 and one of my good friends Shaun Thorpe recommended Emotions Funeral service as he was undertaking some work there to help him with his future employment aspirations.We as a family were all devastated to loose our loved one so suddenly but Shaun and the team at Emotion’s were absolutely amazing in their efforts, Shaun guided us through everything and told us what to expect and gave us time frames and coatings etc.I can honestly say at this tragic time, i wouldn't have chosen anywhere else to have my dad, the care, compassion Shaun & the team provided was outstanding.The day we went to see my dad to say goodbye Shaun had ensured he was peaceful and looked like he was asleep. Shaun ensured dignity & empathy was maintained throughout.The day was as perfect as it could be from collection to drop off -the presentation of the staff and cars were perfect. The Parkwood crematorium was very extremely busy but they organised the whole thing without any fuss and led the ceremony perfectly.The flowers were also beautiful.Anytime we needed to clarify anything at all Shaun and the team were there to answer the questions.Emotions funeral service genuinely do go the extra mile for your loved ones and nothing seems like it is too much trouble, all staff members were exceptional at there job.Shaun has a natural talent in this field of employment- so kind and thoughtful.We as a family cannot thank you all enoughA huge heartfelt thank you to you all for looking after our beloved dad/husband/grandfather love alwaysRachel, Rebecca & Luka , Ian & Alison Erin , Jack and Evie xxxxxxxxx

The compassion and professionalism was just outstanding.Carl listened to EVERY word and understood what we didn’t even know we needed.Having never been through the difficulty of arranging a funeral before, the simple steps they took with us made the journey so much easier. Absolutely fantastic.From the initial call to the actual funeral. Communication was outstanding, the organisational side was yet again outstanding, and the delivery of sympathy and empathy was also outstanding.James and Claire are extremely professional and the whole experience was truly a masterclass.Thank you to Emotions and to all the staff for making what was a sad time effortless for our grieving family.

Really couldn't ask for a better funeral directors. They are all absolutely amazing & caring people. They made us feel at ease from the beginning to the end. Our dad Gilbert Hague was ex military & emotions went above and beyond to help us make dads funeral on the 31st August a memorable one we all did my amazing dad proud our family can't thankyou all enough for what you did.
