Pleasant on the phone but failed show up on the day of the appointment or to make contact after I had taken the day off. So much for trying to support local businesses. Next time, British Gas. At least they turn up.

My water tank suddenly stopped heating water. I called Colin who came over and diagnosed a faulty heating element. He took time to explain what needed to be done, he ordered the parts in front of me and agreed a date which he kept to.Colin was reliable, honest, straight forward and approachable. I will not hesitate to use Colin again. Highly recommended.
