Very good at we're an honest company" patter. Took the car back due to the battery light intermittently coming on and off and a starting problem. They apparently checked the whole system within half hour and reported no problems. So far it has cost us £500

David was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for me when I did a part exchange for my car. Sold me a fab little Clio, perfect for me and great value little motor. Couldn’t ask for better service, truly fab and would highly recommend.

Bought a hi top Doblo (as pictured below) from David. Van as described very pleased with it. No problems dealing with David he was perfectly happy to leave me alone to have a good look over the vehicle. Offered to let me test drive it, which I didn't actually bother with. No complaints at all, many thanks.

Absolutely horrible experience, left me completely out of pocket. Bought a renault clio from them and within a few weeks it completely broke down on me. Had to tow it to various garages and then eventually back to e-ssured. Lo and behold even after the dealer had 'repaired' it I've continued to constantly have problems with the car. It has finally given up the ghost after a few near misses with it stopping dead on dual carrigeways and roundabouts. This is the worst car my family has ever had and I would never touch this company with a barge pole. I drive children around in this car and from the get go it has been hell. They originally MOT'd the car but I have just been told after having the car for 5 months that the car is completely unroadworthy and ridden with both physical and electrical faults. The renault dealer himself said he felt sorry that I had been sold such a raspberry. I have been left completely out of pocket and have few options other than to scrap the car completely or try and get a part exchange for nowhere near what I paid for it. The last few months have been hell and now I am unable to get to work. DO NOT BUY FROM E-SSURED CARS!
