Racheal and her team took care of all my pre wedding treatments. They were all really lovely and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m Very happy with the service we received and i would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a bit of pampering.

The staff are very kind and polite, everything seems to be sterile, but the quality is just awful, firstly I did gel extension and when she started nailing and brushing my nails it was terribly painful, after that I had three wounds on the skin under the nail and on the cuticle, the shape complete horror, different nails turned out, when they applied the final gel, apparently, air got there and bubbles formed,. and they are on every nail, some nails are generally crooked. I will never come there again, and I do not advise anyone to go there to go for a manicure, I don’t know other poocidur by courage.

This is a short review about the male masseur.He is friendly and polite and it is easy to talk to him. Because of the working hours of my former job, I couldn't always go to the Beauty Salon opening hours or just around closing time. But he could arrange form time to time to keep the Salon (the massage therapy area) open.My partner (male) and me (female) went there several times (at different times) and we are both very happy with the massages we got. We felt much better afterwards and the price is good too.However, the masseur was sweating a lot each time (it's quite warm there and I understand that it can be exhausting to massage) and it dropped on my back. It happened to my partner too.Apart from that, I have to say that he really puts a lot of effort in the massage and tries to fix and release the problems we had.

Best Beauty Salon! I've been a local customer to this salon for nearly 4 years now. I would never change. Melissa and Rachael are such lovely people. They always go that extra mile for you. Amazing prices and massage/waxing treatment. Highly recommend this fabulous salon. Love you girls! Naomi xo

I have my nail extensions done here by Rachael, who is one of the nicest people ever! Always has time for a chat while doing my nails and never makes me feel rushed at all.It's a relaxed, friendly and lovely atmosphere, my nails always look fantastic and I get the nicest compliments on them whenever I have them done here.Fab place, highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My daughter had her nails done here last week and her cuticles are now infected. They are extremely red and irritated, and the shellac gel that was used has already started to peel. Would not recommend.

I've been using the salon for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have a range of treatments including waxing and the mini facial, and have had three excellent massages from Steve. Its a lovely welcoming environment and all of the staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend the salon to anybody, and I really look forward to my visits here.

IF YOU ARE FEMALE AVOID!!!! I had a truly awful experience at this salon and have complained to them directly three times and have never had a response or apology, which is unacceptable. I had a massage with their male masseur and felt totally violated. I would not expect his face to be so close to mine that I had to breath in his breath, or have his nose continually rub against my forehead and nose. What made it even worse was that the salon was closed (the arcade also) and therefore no one was around. As a young woman I would not want anyone else to have this happen to them so please think twice!!

Thank you very much for a great experience.It was a little bit cold upstairs during my manicure. Everything else was perfect.
