It's a typical Asda store, easy to get around put floor level a bit untidy andhanging rails rather too close together.Upper floor better with all the grocery and easy to find what is on your shopping list. Cornbow is really nice to have a walk around and have a cuppa.

I live close to Asda so it is my store of choice but lately has gone down hill, layout is inconvenient and only 2 staff if that on checkouts at a time which feels on purpose. In person shopping is just a nightmare now and it all comes from the top management phasing it out.

This is our local supermarket of choice - it has a large selection of produce to choose from and an easy layout inside. They have just completed a re-fit of the fridges and freezers so the shop looks a lot more modern and clean. The escalators are however sometimes out of order which means large queues for the 1 lift for those with trolleys/pushchairs etc. There is free parking for up to 2 hours and plenty of spaces in the multistorey car park. A good location right in Halesowen Town centre so you can visit the other shops close by in the same visit.

Terrible experience, not as good as when Walmart owned it and the prices are ridiculous. This could be such a good store if they wanted you to visit, but it seems their only intention is to encourage customers to go elsewhere or shop online. If this is the future of Asda then I guess it is time to look at alternatives.

Hate going in there. Clear lack of management, it appears staff are just sticking produce wherever they happen to be standing when shelf filling, for instance, bags of crisps in 3 different aisles, bacon shoved in the bakery section in the chiller where the cream cakes should be!! It's absolute chaos!! Best of luck trying to find anything in there.

A typical Asda, decent prices for what you're getting. Sensory wise, the lighting isn't the greatest but I've seen it worse in other locations. It can be quite busy but they don't have loud music playing so it isn't as bad as it could be. Definitely go at quieter times if you or a loved one are on the spectrum.

I have just been to Asda Halesowen. Trying to do some shopping. Yet thanks to their horrid MONEY saving fridges. I could NOT ACCESS ANY FRIDGE PRODUCTS. The new door system on these fridges make it IMPOSSIBLE for disabled shoppers to access the fridges. As there was NO STAFF AROUND TO HELP. It was very frustrating to say the least!!! I for one will boycott Asda from now on. What should have been a pleasant experience was a total nightmare. It seems Asda puts saving money on electric bills. ABOVE DISABLED CUSTOMERS NEEDS. It is downright disgusting & antisocial. We disabled face enough barriers as it is without the thoughtless fridge systems now in place in Asda. I was NOT THE ONLY DISABLED CUSTOMER TODAY THAT WAS FRUSTRATED with these new fridges. So I know for sure that Asda will lose at lot of disabled shoppers with their so called MONEY saving fridges. For a so called FRIENDLY neighborhood store. It's now gone to a ANTI-DISABLED STORE!!!With Christmas round the corner a boycott by disabled customers will cause more damage to profits. Than installing the new fridges in the first place!! Thanks ASDA for IGNORING the needs of DISABLED CUSTOMERS!!!

I shop here regularly and normally I would give at least 4 stars, but today(10th July) I was most disappointed, having shopped successfully I had to wait in a queue at a staffed checkout for about 25 minutes in order to pay for my shopping, there were only two staffed checkouts open !!!! NOT GOOD.I was also most concerned as my parking ticket was about to expire.
