Came really quickly, less than an hour after I called. Did exactly what I needed and charged a very sensible amount for it. Plus a proper invoice I could then share with the person who had promised to pay me back. Even made sure I could open the new lock, because the handle is a bit quirky. Really great service.

Called this morning with an issue to one of our UPVC doors. Was given a time and details of potential costs.Was phoned 20mins before arrival to say he was in his way.Explained what the issue was and costs to replace. Seemed a very reasonable price so gave the go-ahead to do the work.Very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use again

Excellent service & professionalism. Gal was there when I needed him, able to come within a few hours on a bank holiday sunday (when no one was answering or willing to work) and kept me informed of his arrival, gave me a price that was very good, and a time it would take, and he delivered what he promised. Plus he gave me reassurance of what to do if anyone found my lost car key - thief or myself. Would absolutely call him again & I wouldn’t bother wasting my time on insurance either. What Gal charges & delivers was worth doing business with him direct. Thank you so much. Very happy woman.

Thanks for such a quick and friendly key programming for my car. Very good pricing and he travelled to me. He gave time of arrival and regular updates about his arrival. He took utmost care in the work and even used a power stabiliser when programming my car which was an amazing sign of a true professional. As you may know it is risky not using this as a voltage drop could cause a bricked car. But this guy clearly knows his stuff and did everything to the book and thanks to him I now have a spare key for my car. I'll keep you in mind should I or friends need a locksmith!

I accidentally left my keys in my Nissan car with the heater on full radio on and the car doors locked automatically late on Saturday evening . I was contemplating breaking the window to get in them found GB locksmith.I phoned and was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He explained to me what he could do and with an hour attended at the my address and gained entry within minutes to my car Absolutely first class service and value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend Gal GB Locksmith 10/10
