BEWARE of this company!I had booked an appointment for picking up my dining chairs to get upholstered for Sunday just past in a time slot 12 - 2pm. Nobody showed up, no reason why, no call, no response for our message. I was very disappointed and to be honest shocked. I have chosen this company regarding to excellent reviews. On the phone J seemed so nice and helpful with advices for fabric to buy etc. My husband decided to give a second try and sent another message referring he would give a bad review. Finally at 9 pm came a brisk response from J with excuse that he is unwell...I think If he didnt want to do this job he should have said it straight away instead fooling people. Or if he was truly unwell why didnt he just let us know in time and rearrange the schedule? I would not expect a reputable company act so unprofessionaly! MarcelaReply:Dear J,Look I am not going to argue here, I have decorum. I wrote my unpleasant experience with you and I insist on it. I have small kids too and I know a sick bug too. But if I have any arrangements or appointments I always make sure they are canceled or rescheduled! Its called good manners. You have a business and if you cannot keep your arrangements with costumers it speaks for itself!

Great service and our old chesterfield given a new lease of life.From start to finish the boys delivered on their promises and we would recommend J &John.

Phoned and spoke with the company re upholstery to our sofas and seemed very knowledgeable and interestedThis was before Xmas.Still waiting. 3 + months later!Passed there name on to family who were looking for upholstery job as well.Same result .Obviously not interested .Why say you will phone back but have no intention to do so.

Very professional couldn't fault this company. Cleaned my leather couch recliners and dinning chair. Back to new look. Thanks for a great job. Definitely highly recommend.

So called John and was told at least 3 week waiting list so I waited. Had arranged for him to come 12 oclock didn’t turn up till 12:30 but no worries or so I thought, he went away to get his gear but came back empty handed and said his cleaning equipment was broken something about a pipe I believe. I said fair enough will you come today still Yes he said 3 pm I will call you if there’s a problem sorting equipment. 3 pm came and went and no John and no call to update if he fixed his machine? If he doesn’t want the job why didn’t he just say rather than leaving folks in the dark not knowing what’s going on . I’ve waited a long time to get my sofas cleaned and now am going to have to start process all over again!Not impressed to say the least

John was excellent - for a reasonable price he deep-cleaned every nook and cranny in the flat, moved all the furniture as needed, with no fuss at all, worked hard, and was very nice to chat with. He gave the flat a new lease of life. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I cannot recommend J&J cleaning enough. The care and quality of the work is always to a very high standard. We have used them many times for our carpets and also getting our sofa cleaned. Would not go to anyone else as there customer care is fantastic!! You won't wait long for a reply and they a very professional. Always go above and beyond. Thanks again!!

Have contracted this company 3 times, most recently when moving out, (large family with dogs) , and again soon after moving in to new property with incredibly filthy carpets. John was hard working .good humoured and helpful beyond just cleaning the carpets. Helped shift furniture, chatted to kids and really put effort into the job at hand, with no quibble nor complaints. Also quoted VERY reasonable price, virtually half of what was quoted from biggest competitors. Carpets looked brand new, and smell great. Would definitely not consider contracting any other company in the future.

contact them, concerning a recliner in couch which needed repair, John responded very quickly, came out at time arranged. Fixed the recliner which we thought may not be repairable. Excellent service, clearly very knowledgeable. Would recommend & will use again
