Friendly helpful staff but product less than useless dog got it off in night fasteners unpopped and she scratched her ears to pieces

Pretty decent, stock is a bit better than the one in wellingborough but they need to change up the toys for dogs they have been the same ones for at least the last 2 years

Always able to find what we want. Good layout, plenty of choice. There was a long queue for the checkout, though, which was the only downside as staff seemed distracted, confused and unsettled by lack of back-up.

Poor customer service. Went in for 3 items came out with none. Ask an assistant for 1 of the items and she told me that they don't sell it, I was in there last week and purchased what I asked for. Looked for the other items and the shelves were empty. Went on the pets at home app and ordered everything I wanted and came the next day.

An upstairs vets on the premises.Trolleys outside for use.A cat area, dog area, rodent area, and aquatics area.It can get busy at the weekends so during the week is the best time to visit. .I do find they tend to run out of stock alot though ( see pics ) and this can be annoying if you're looking for something specific.

I had my beloved dog put to sleep and I have never experienced such hurt my poor dog was anxious and was suffering but the vet was just rushing to get the whole thing done more money grabbing than feelings I want to help others not experience the hurt and let down that we feel now

Duty manager was extremely rude and abusive. She had an attitude with us from the moment she was called to help us. Shouting at us in front of the other customers and refusing to sell us what we wanted because we were not happy with her service". She carried on like this in front of our little girl who was really upset after. Absoloutely shocking behaviour

Good all round pet shop , have a good array of pet goods , some fish few small pets

I had a terrible experience at The Groom Room (should be called The Doom Room). My dog came back very damp on his chest but I wasn’t too concerned. However, the next day my dog was in a lot of discomfort, so I naturally checked him over. I was horrified to find a huge raw patch on his chest which was now very infected and smelt terribly. I took my dog to the vet the same day. He confirmed he had been brushed way too hard, causing the damage to his skin which then became infected due to the area being left damp.I’ve never taken my dog back since this happened and I now use a groomer who knows what they’re doing and cares about animals.AVOID THE GRROM ROOM!
