The service provided by Andrew and True Glide has been excellent. From the initial contact made and Andrew visiting my property to the quality of the doors produced. During the ordering process I had a few changes of mind regarding the size and colours and Andrew was patient, understanding and offered his expert opinion.The doors which have been fitted are excellent, they really do truly glide when opening and closing.Would not hesitate to recommend True Glide.

I was completely lost with what I needed and where to go until I spoke to Trueglide. I decided to call them to get advice and the service was second to none, they explained everything and took time to understand exactly what I needed whilst answering my long list of questions!! Delivery was unbelievably quick and they delivered directly to my house without question. The bifolds are outstanding quality, I’ve been shopping around for weeks and Trueglide tower over any company with quality and service. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently fitted a set of bifold doors supplied by Trueglide. They were brilliant to deal with from start to finish, the product is great and they were significantly cheaper than local companies quotes. I have already recommended them to others and will definitely order from them again.

Absolutely superb service. Couldn’t be more pleased with how quick and efficient the team were. We had shopped around trying to find the right fittings but these guys were the best by far for customer service and quality of product. Our new bi-folds are a game changer and wish we had gone to Trueglide sooner.
