I’ve been using Phoenix gas for the last 4 years, they fitted my new boiler and have done all of my safety checks and emergency call outs.The engineers are all super friendly, professional and timely .Really means the world as I’m disabled so thank you very much :)

Disappointing, called on a Friday and was told would get a call back..nothing.Dropped in Monday morning spoke to Kev, said he’d call back…nothing.Called at 15:00 to be told I’d get a call back…nothing.In the time it’s taken you to call back I’ve sourced someone else and had the inverter replaced…don’t tell customers something you have no intention of doing.

Ordered solar and batteries through E.On, who have outsourced the work to PGS.Works have been delayed, repeatedly, with no conversations or updates from the installtion team. When they do turn up, its for a short few hours, and then just up and leave without warning. Been waiting all day for electrician to show - and haven'tNo project management for the installation. Whilst the solar is being installed, the electricians could be on-site too, installing batteries and cable management etc. and last-fix the solar panels to the inverters when completed.Have no idea when the installation will be completed, as I've had no feedback on what is happeningVery poor service and communicationUpdate: 09/05/2023 I am still waiting for my installation to be completed… electricians installed a faulty Solis inverter and haven’t been back to replace, it’s now been 7 weeks

Phoenix Gas have been Absolutely Brilliant! Our old boiler broke & leaked through our kitchen ceiling! So we looked around for the best deal on a new Vaillant boiler. Trevor came out to give us the best price quote and the next week Mick & Lee fitted it professionally & hassle free! We highly recommend this company. Thanks a lot Team, we're very happy!

Absolutely horrendous service and engineers. Called out with no heating and hot water only to be told they can’t fix it and to call the office on 3 occasions. Completely unprofessional service. Absolutely do not recommend. Go to Addison and Lans

I want to thank Dom for the yearly boiler service he undertook today. He was polite, very thorough and took time to explain the results of the service.
