I hired a bike here to ride along the Kennet & Avon Canal. Flexible, friendly & helpful staff. Good bike but without suspention -> get your handlebar set high to reduce the weight on your wrists.

I very rarely give reviews but this one is totally warranted. I brought a lawnmower and strimmer today and i found the experience second to none...great staff thoroughly helpful. I might have paid a little more than shopping online (not that much though) but they didn't come in a box and were primed and ready for use fuel and all. Thanks to the staff...you should all give yourself a pat on the back. Will be coming back for many years.

Big thanks to Jim and the team for their help and honesty. I had an issue with a new mower and had a dealer look at it. Due to their incorrect diagnosis of the fault I ended up spending money on it that was not needed as the fault persisted.I then took the mower to 'Shire Garden Machines Ltd' and ended up with the correct diagnosis and as a result I am returning the NG mower (to the original supplier) and buying a new one from 'Shire Garden Machines Ltd'.Excellent customer service................Many Thanks.

Shire had my Disc Cutter for repair, when I said £2-300 was more than I was willing to spend and I would collect it, when I turned up and paid the bill for the work so far I was presented with my cutter in pieces in a cardboard box. not impressed!!

Good selection of products for the diy er, and professional workman. Price for all pockets, good advice given. The kit at screw fix might look good on price, but you haven't got the same after sales. My striker was registered and fired up ready to go, by the helpful staff.
