Ben is extremely friendly and knowledgable. I was recently diagnosed with MS, which has reduced my general mobility and has some lovely symptoms. Ben is helping me massively with the spasticity in my calves and the foot drop I have on my left side. As I’m sedentary most of the time, my hips and back lock up and cause me quite a bit of pain. Ben has again helped me here. When I leave an appointment I feel like I’m strutting down a catwalk, as opposed to the geriatric I came in as.I did originally start seeing Ben when the Gym opened, as a semi-regular gym go-er. As my body and my needs changed, Ben was extremely helpful, working with me and drawing on his experience to adapt sessions to help me with my medical condition and in turn my general well-being. Couldn’t recommend this man enough.

Honestly an absolute life saver! Pulled my back and was in unbearable pain. Ben gave me a massage and it really helped ease the pain. Last minute appointment. Awesome advice 5*.

Fantastic professional service from Ben at Beneficial Treatments. The spotlessly clean massage room in The Gym is a great place to come and get all your aches and pains sorted. Ben spends the time listening to your description of where it hurts and how much pain and offers plenty of expert advice on how what and why things happen. Truly a great experience every time and should be always part of any program you are doing at the gym. Cannot fault Ben with his professional care.

I had 2 sports massages so far with Ben and I felt amazing afterwards. It is a great addition to my training and Ben is super nice. Can wholeheartedly recommend. I already booked my next appointment. He is super knowledgeable and just an all around great person.
