Emma Kate | Padstow Fishing Trips

Having been out with Emma Kate on a 2 hour fishing trip with my 7 year old grandson (his 1st time out on a fishing boat) we were all very happy with catching plenty of fish.So I organised an 8 hour trip and we could not believe our luck. Gavin our skipper of Prue Esther worked hard and making sure we found the fish. So thank you both Lee and Gavin for looking after us with our special days out. Our memories will last forever.

Bagged up on a 4h wreck fishing trip on Prue Esther yesterday! We fished on the drift with artificial lures & feathers. Catch of the day included Pollock, Mackerel, Pouting, Scad (Horse Mackerel) and even a weaver fish that was expertly handled by the skipper. We now have a freezer full of fish for the rest of the holiday. BBQ Mackerel and Scad last night and looking forward to Roasted Pollack today.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Gavin from Emma Kate Fishing at Padstow, what an amazing few hours spent on the water, even got to see a few Dolphins pop up to say hi. Honestly if tour local or down on your holidays give it ago, booking is easy online, the boat was brilliant and Gavin couldn't do enough for us and the other guests, everyone had a great time including my 1yr old Son. We all caught mackerel as well as a stunning Gurnard, ready for dinner. Thanks Gavin, we'll definitely be back soon.

As we were a big family of 12, we took out a whole boat for 2 hours Mackerel fishing. There were 6 young kids, plus adults. We had a really great time and caught a good number of Mackerel. Our skipper Gavin and his right hand man were both super friendly, fun and great with the kids too. We even managed to grab a sighting of Dolphins on the way home! All round a brilliant 2 hours spent. Thanks guys.

Great Mackerel Fishing trip with the family (ages 7 to 57). Plenty of room on the boat. The fisherman were very personable and were up for a laugh. We caught plenty of fish. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience.Instructions for meeting place excellent with picture included. Bang on time for meet and departure. The skipper was brilliant and explained everything, on hand for the inexperienced if needed.Very professional and had a very tasty mackerel dinner with our catch.Highly recommended.Thanks for a brilliant experience for myself and my 12 year old son (he was buzzing!)Mike.

A 2 hr mackerel fishing trip on Emma Kate is great value and I can certainly recommend it. The Skipper is so knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is to much trouble for him. We had a lovely time and had a good catch of mackerel.
