I lost my mother at a very young age Terry Daniels was kind compassionate and supportive to my family. As I got older I wanted advice on my mother’s grave again Terry provided that support. My Nan died very suddenly shocked heartbroken I rang Terry not knowing the protocol what to do where to turn Terry’s words to me where don’t you worry my little duck I’ll fetch our Bett home. Archway funeral services are beyond outstanding they are the epitome of what a funeral home should be. I personally wouldn’t want anybody else. My husband passed away in August this year very suddenly, I was recommended to use Archway funerals by a few people... I am so glad I did, Terry and Andrea were amazing.... They helped with so many aspects of the funeral... Nothing was too much bother for them. I also loved Terry's sense of humour... When things got tough for me he would make us smile and it lightened the journey and helped us cope.ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE off them..... Everyone at the funeral mentioned how brilliant they were aswell so the recommendation doesn't just come from me, but everyone else who came in contact with them

No compassion and complete disrespect from the owner of the firm. Disposing of families ashes due to delayed payment. No help with a resolution just pure rudeness.
