Great support with super fast response time. The quality of the frames and wheels of elves is superb. For a third of the price you‘ll get the same, regarding paintjob even better quality then any big cycling brand and you can even customize the color to the fullest. Can only recommend!

It was time to update my main bike and thought and after seeing a few good reviews on YouTube I went for the Elves brand, in particular the Faleth EVO Frame. I had taken a liking to the Elves aero frame design and purchased it very early in its release. There are a good number of colour ways, but you also get the option to have your own colour choice size pallet and many options of paint design profiles. This was only a small amount extra and is well worth it to personalise the design of my frame. Once I chose the colourways, and design profile I liked, the UK rep Simon picked this up and created a great preview to visualise my frame colourway design. This was fab as it gave me the chance to see if I was happy with my design choice or if I would have wanted to make any modifications. Once I was happy with the design, this was then sent off to the frame manufactures for spraying. I then had a final message from them asking to confirm the details of the frame, design, price and delivery details. They also provide me with estimate on the delivery time for my bespoke painted frame.I’ve now covered several thousand miles on my Elves Evo frame with-ought any issues. It’s truly been fantastic and has encouraged me to spend more time on the road than had over the year before. As an early adopter I’ve been in communication with the UK distributor SJ. She has been great in wanting to know how the frame has been handling and working for me. I haven’t had any issues with the frame. I’ve been happy with the quality of the frame to such a point I’ve now put in an order for the latest Elves edition to their light weight climbing frame, the Vanyar Disc 2024 also with a custom paint design. I can’t wait to get hold of it.

I broke my bike in an unfortunate accident. And needed a replacement fast. Out of so many options I found Evo Elves Falath to be the best option. I contact Simon Williams from Evo Bikes UK and he not only assisted in designing my bike but made sure it reached me in Pakistan in perfect state. So happy and satisfied with this purchase. Amazed at the professional approach and excellent customer service.

Bought my Elves Falath Pro Disc frame back in December 2022 and my frame arrived in perfect order just as Elves UK launched in January 2023.I introduced myself to the Elves UK and what an experience! Their pride in the brand, product knowledge, ability to offer expert advice was so reassuring. With follow ups to make sure the bike lived up to expectations and promise of personal technical support should it ever be needed was superb.All in all a superb customer customer service experience, oh and the bike is amazing too, the cherry on the cake.

After unveiling my stunning looking New Elves Falath Evo over two weeks ago, finally I can give my honest review - That was a long two weeks of being teased walking past her bedroom, flashed with her incredible sexy red glossy finish and that unmistakable perfume of newness, whispering and taunting me to take the Baroness for her maiden ride.Well, the wait has certainly been worth all the anticipation from both myself and (@elves_bikes_uk).Note: With a continuing back issue, that’s on the mend, I only wanted to take the Baroness out for an easy ride to Blackmore in Essex to watch the Tour of Britain however, that is not what she had in mind. I collected 3 PR”s without even trying for them, a testament ti how awesome this road bike, No! Race machine is…..A beast of a beauty- Rigid, Slick and Smooth to the point of floating above the road surface is the feeling she gave me. I started looking for an aero bike on a budget a couple of months ago for my son. We found Elves and soon learned a new model was being launched (the EVO). But more interesting : we found out there's a UK based distributor. We got in contact with Simon and Sarah and the rest is history. We ordered the EVO, got it delivered and it's built and on the road now. The bike is nothing but stunning. Which is great news. But what really surprised us is the incredible services from Simon and Sarah! A breath of fresh air in times where customer services are often far below acceptable. I'm actually a bit jealous of my sons bike and started the process to order one for myself. This time a fully custom paint job, customized for my company!

I bought an Elves Falath Rim Brake Frame. As soon as I ordered the frame this triggered a response from the UK distributor. I can honestly say I have never been looked after better. Sarah & Simon have been brilliant. They are helpful to the point I now consider them friends.The bike itself is brilliant, fast stiff and amazingly comfortable.I built mine up mostly with Dura ace 9100 except for a 105 crankset and it weighs 7.5 kg without pedals. Very good for an aero bike.I like the bike so much that I ordered another one to use as my winter bike, this one will run on alloy wheels.If you have any fears about quality or service don’t, you will not regret your purchase.Ray Hall…These bikes are of Premium Product every bit as good as my Canyon,Scott, Cannondale. Etc.
