Frendly excellent professional shoe repair.I took a pair of comfortable shoes to him which had become unwearable and asked whether it was possible to repair them. He did a really professional job. The repair matched the other shoe and I now wear them with pride. Jane Somers.

Very unprofessional seems to not care. Has a sign on the door saying back in five minutes then doesn’t arrive for over 20.Spoke on the phone twice saying he’ll be less five minutes. And still didn’t arriveAbsolute waste of time !!

Quite expensive, opening hours are wrong (which is just fantastic when you urgently need keys cut) plus doesn’t take card / bank transfer

A long time ago I took a shoe to him on which the shoelace was cutting through the leather, the eyelet having become dislodged. He stitched and glued an extra piece of leather very neatly on the outside, but did not fix any eyelet. I queried whether in the absence of an eyelet, the shoelace would not just cut through the new leather: oh no, it is strong leather. He was quite right and the repair has lasted years, is as good now as when first done, and only cost a fiver.Today he has cut two sets of three keys and all six new keys work. He has also agreed to replace the leather on the end of a belt where the original bonded leather has broken through, for a tenner. I am pleased so far but the belt will not be ready until next Thursday so I cannot review that aspect until after then.I also asked about replacing a strap on a Casio digital watch, but as this watch takes a special type of strap he recommended searching on eBay for a strap for this specific Casio model, (although he did give the option of having a blue strap he had fitted, which I declined as the watch is black). I thought that was very fair and honest of him.

Rubbish service, cut an incorrect key blank knowing it was incorrect and when returned to say it didnt fit was very rude, no interest in trying to rectify or refund. Will be contacting trading services to make a complaint and never use this establish again !

My husband and I are customers since 2016 and always received an excellent service. We tried some other local shoe repair with low quality service.
