The worlds worst toastie? Sure is!!I so wanted some comfort food during my recent hospitalisation, unfortunately my only choice was a toastie from Costa. What a disappointment - tepid, hard on one side, uncooked plain, cheap white bread on the other side. How difficult can’t it be?? Avoid, it’s just terrible. Mine went in the bin …. Such a waste. I wish I could post a photo.

Just inside main entrance of St Marys. Went at 4pm and was very busy. A few tables free but they all had dirty cups on. Everything you'd expect from a Costa. Open so wheelchair accessible and wheelchair accessible tables.

Stopped here after my daughter's appointment in Audiology. She was thrilled to get a babychino and the staff was so helpful and considerate to make sure her drink wasn't too hot for her.

Gave it one star as it was closed on a Saturday .. the opening hours for here aren’t much use to me mostly as I work weekends and nights …benefits of working in a bigger mainland hospital is their costas open everyday for a longer period

Easily accessible Costa and the staff were great, however, I have never been disappointed with a Costa order until my visit to this store. I ordered a cortado which is my go to drink at Costa and the cup I was served was literally all foam, I think they may have forgotten the coffee entirely.The staff were very welcoming and I will definitely visit again if I am ever at the hospital. I just hope that isn't anytime soon.
