Have always received a good standard of service from the ladies at bangle box.

Amazing experience shopping at bangle box .. one stop for all your wedding things.. the clothing and jewellery collection is so lovely and the quality is even better .. the staff was very helpful and so patient.. definitely going back for whenever I need an outfit ..

Worst customer service! Ordered a set for my reception party over a month ago and was told it’ll be back for a specific date. I heard nothing from the company after the specific date. I then tried calling two days and the phone would just ring out. I then went to the shop, where I was first told my order had arrived but not unpacked. Whilst looking for my order, the lady asked me to help out and go through the packages. I’m a customer, not an employee for the company. Then after a few frantic calls with her colleagues they established my order was still In London as they had ‘too many orders’. They told me to wait another week, literally 2 days before my event! I didn’t get an apology or an explanation as to why I wasn’t updated. They wasted my time and I will not be recommending this place to anyone!

The staff are all excellent and friendly. Very good customer service always give good advice. Love the huge jewellery selection. Would definitely recommend.

Great friendly and helpful service with a good selection of bangles that we purchased!

Brought a pack of bindi and coudnt believe it when I took it off the pack to find you can see the white trim of the bindi. It looked awlful. When I asked the lady she said it's fashion! Really .... poor customer service. Won't ever be going back. Didn't even offer me a refund.
