Got my nails done literally yesterday was in the shower and 2 have fell off absolutely fuming 40 pound down the drain already taking them all off

It sounds a bit odd one person going against all these harsh reviews but to be honest I’ve always had my nails done here and it’s amazing. they are NOT damaging to nail beds and they last weeks. Even and well done nails. Everyone stop being so false.

Great service, owner is accommodating and friendly. Had my nails done there was an issue with the nail colour in the natural light and I wasn't happy, so they changed the colour without any issue. Would recommend this place.

Definitely not worth any stars! But I had no choice but to give one to able to post this review.Absolutely atrocious customer services. The boss Lisa is very unprofessional. The other day I went to get nails painted and whilst she was removing my nail polish I asked if I could get my cuticles removed, she aggressively said ‘no’ I even offered to pay extra, she then stood up and said I am not doing your nails.I have tried given her the benefit of the doubt many times. But after the last encounter. I will never go back. She embarrassed me infront of other customers. She makes you feel so intimidated, your not allowed to have a choice otherwise if you do say something she instantly gets frustrated. You should not run a business if you can’t treat your customers with respect.We pay you for a service, so we should be entitled to ask for what we want!Whenever you go into that place its hardly ever busy and I’m not surprised because if she can treat me with such disrespect I’m sure she does it to other people too!Save your money and do not go to this nail place!DO NOT RECOMMEND**REPLY**Hi,You know exactly who I am, I came with my friend on Saturday 26th, to your nail shop in Middlesbrough. Stop showing your fake concerns online, when I was in your shop that day you didn’t seem to be this concerned?I even mentioned to you that day I was going to write a review online!I literally had no option but to beg you to finish my nails off because I had no other option as I had a wedding to attend the next day and it was late that day so I had nowhere else to go!!You point blank refused to do my friends nails, when she had no alterations with you whatsoever. And you thought that was acceptable?You even overcharged me. You left dents in my nails, they were absolutely disgusting. I had to go back home and remove all the nail polish!!

Possibly the rudest salon I have ever visited. I walked in to be told to pick a colour not asked. When I showed a picture of nails to the gentleman ( this phrase is used loosely as a gentleman wouldnt have been so rude) I asked whether it was possible to do something similar he said no and offered no alternative. The nails shown weren't particularly complex -no gems, chrome or glitter. I started to ask a question and he began abruptly shouting orders to another lady who was waiting. I proceeded to leave the salon and will definitely not be returning!

Extremely rude and unprofessional service! Was firstly told there'd be a wait of 15 minutes (understandable) so came back and was left waiting another 40 minutes to be seen to... Asked for an acrylic infill and was told I'd need to have my current set taken off as they couldn't be refilled which was just a load of nonsense as I've frequented nail salons for a decade and they were just trying to squeeze extra money for a longer service and I had to be firm in saying I want an infill and nothing else... the man who did my nails was extremely short tempered and snappy throughout doing a rushed job and then had a rant in front of the whole shop AFTER I'd paid saying 'don't you use that credit card again!' I explained there wouldn't be an again as I was just in town visiting from overseas... I then waited 20 minutes for my polish to dry with an ameteur fan and the polish then chipped later on in the day. Would urge anyone to go anywhere else. Bad service and the staff were beyond rude barring one man who could see inwas distressed and tried to soften things from the way I'd been spoken to after paying.

Decided to treat myself and chose this shop. Very friendly staff, very proffessional service provided.Love my nail finish thank you Lisa & staff.

The staff were welcoming and friendly which was great as it was my daughter's first visit and she was a little nervous. They were professional and helped her through the choices. She's over the moon with the results.
