Brilliant service, excellent price. The staff were helpful and friendly and sorted my particularly nasty virus in no time at all. I thought I was reasonably competent with IT but this one stumped me and another shop I took it to in the local area previously. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your IT needs. I'm going to get them to build me a gaming PC for my boys for Christmas.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Tony and his lovely wife.My laptop wouldn’t switch on and I was at a loss as to why. I contacted Tony on Weds morning, the laptop was collected the same afternoon and delivered back to me, fully repaired the following afternoon.The problem turned out to be just a simple thing and Tony refused to charge me for this repair. I cannot fault the professionalism of this company nor can I recommend them highly enough. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any IT issues. Thank you!

Had a problem over the Xmas period whereby my Windows 10 computer crashed to a white screen. It was basically useless until I spoke to Tony at Dreambytes. First class service. Computer collected from home, repair receipt left and insurance and GDPR explained to me. Back up and running, delivered back home with no data loss within two days and at a great price as well. My laptop hard drive had virtually given up the ghost, taking an age to carry out the simplest tasks. Many thanks to Tony for replacing it extremely quickly and economically with no loss of data. It now performs as it did when new. I will recommend Dreambytes to anyone having similar problems.

Absolutely fantastic service. After having been charged a small fortune by a certain shop in Cheadle Village to 'fix' my laptop, i was at the end of my tether as my laptop was not fixed at all . I then decided to contact Tony at Dreambytes after having read his reviews, and he did a thorough check on my laptop and diagnosed the real issue, which the other place was not able to do at all. They charged me the earth for something so simple, (and got it wrong anyway)so now i have learned my lesson and will take my laptop and pc to Tony at Dreambytes in future. Many thanks

Tony from Dreambytes is a refreshingly honest computer technician who will not rip you off. I can highly recommend Dreambytes, I recently contacted them for some advice on my internet security as I am a complete novice! Tony Roberts contacted me and arranged to visit me at home, he arrived promptly as arranged and talked me through the best package to apply to my laptop, Tony has installed the AVG security package and I now have peace of mind for the next twelve months,Tony also cleaned up my Laptop so I can now be assured it is free of any problems - it is also running faster!!!
