Second visit after my own dentist referred me for some difficult extractions. Have to say how polite and professional all the staff were, from the receptionist to the dental nurse and Dr Rhian Jones. They really made my visit stress free and comfortable.Thank you very much.

As someone who’s always been extremely anxious particularly when it comes to dentists and having had panic attacks during dental treatment previously leaving me unable to get dental care at all, was referred to Cambria and came today..Can honestly say it’s the best dentist I’ve been too the staff were amazing talking me through it before I came and then especially anjani Holmes the surgeon who kept me calm the entire time today and her hygienist too.10/10⭐️ any work I need done I’ll be trying my best to return back here.

I had my wisdom tooth taken out last week by Keri and she was fantastic! (as was the dental nurse with her). I had my options explained thoroughly to me which was very reassuring. The recovery has been fast and painless. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff at this practice!

I had a warm friendly welcome from such caring lovely staff. I had a tooth removed they were wonderful and even called me a few days later to check I was OK after the extraction. Excellent treatment

Unfortunately the person I spoke to in the practice were very rude, impatient and very very unhelpful. Also making threats to hang up on me as I was asking for clarification and further help.Real shame some people feel rudeness and threats are an acceptable bullying tactic as they can’t or won’t help instead of providing a good customer service to help

Terrible service. I had been waiting for months for my tooth out and on the day of my appointment I tested positive for covid and the head nurse was unbelievably rude and spoke to me in a very intimidating manner. She should be fired. Because of her I have now been dismissed and lost my appointment. I'm literally in shock how rude she is.

Myself and my partner joined this dental practice just before the first lockdown and due to this we have had to cancel a couple of times but today I went for my hygienist appointment, which usually terrifies me, but today I went to Eleanor and Dasha and they were amazing.They totally put me at ease and explained everything, I didn’t even have to have an injection, which I normally do, as they were so gentle I don’t even feel like I’ve been to the dentist. The best experience I’ve ever had at any dental practice.
