We have 3 long haired cats and one has a cure for baldness in his DNA he sheds so much year round it seems. But 4 paws has saved us, coming to the house with the Van is so easy for us and so much less stress for our cats. Highly recommended. All 3 cats are enjoying there monthly spa treatments and allow us to brush them more in-between as they enjoy it so much now.

Great service - come to you, cats groomed safely & securely. Cats completed chilled after their pamper. Highly recommend

I have been using 4 Paws for 9 months and they are amazing, the convenience of them coming to you is great. My dog absolutely loves her groom and I always have to hang on tight when she greets Kaya and gladly jumps into the van. I have just bought another puppy and he will be having his first groom in 6 weeks. #happydogs

Have used 4 Paws a few times now and always been very happy with the service. Our cat doesn’t really like people, being picked up, and definitely not being groomed. But 4 Paws always take great care of her, make sure she’s not stressed or anything. Am happy to recommend them.

I am very disappointed with my Dog groom and certainly with the level of customer service I received!Looks like you gave the ✂️to a child! Some parts are too long and some part too short.They have charged me £62 for the mess they made to my dog and were happy I share my experience here!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.We arranged to have our two Maine Coons groomed today by 4 Paws as one had bad matting around his tail and back legs and one had some smaller knots in his mane that just needed light trimming.One cat has come back with an absolutely butchered cut where he’s been unnecessarily shaved and unevenly. The second cat has hip dysplasia and as a result, I advised the groomer of this and not to forcibly hold his hips and to be gentle over this area. From the shaved patches he has come back with, it’s clear she attempted to immediately shave his hips with a 2x2cm patch over them, another on his back and another on his side before stopping as he was 'too stressed’ (although apparently they still managed to film him rather than come and get me like I had asked them to do). They did no further grooming, I would assume a sensitive area would be left towards the end of the groom to ensure that the client was receiving the best possible outcome just in case these sensitivities proved too much for the animal. I was charged £145 for this service.The complete lack of care shown to these two cats is absolutely disgraceful and the attitude shown by one of the ladies working in the office was also disgusting.I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she laughed a number of times during the call and when I expressed that much like when we go to the hairdressers and expect to leave looking better than we went in, I expected my cat to also leave their grooming van in a better state. She said this was ridiculous and not what cat grooming was like at all.I imagine, given the responses to other negative reviews, that 4 Paws will have their own narrative but all I can say is.. if you are a responsible pet owner, and care for your animals, please do not leave them in the care of this company for ANY length of time.EDIT: in response to 4 Paws reply, I’ve attached a video of my cat being groomed shortly after their failed visit by the vets WITHOUT any sedation. They successfully removed all matts with no signs of distress or aggression so I would be led to believe this is an issue caused by your groomers.I’ve also had numerous messages from people on Facebook experiencing the same situation. If you’re not able to groom cats with care & skill, maybe it’s best you don’t offer the service at all.

Before using 4-paws I had used a number of high street and small business groomers. I had had poor experiences at allSince using 4-paws I’ve not had any issues, dogs are looked after, home service means they are not kept in cages with other dogs.My groomer that I’ve had for the last 2 years knows the dogs they know her and she always looks after them. The office always try’s to keep that continuity. No plans to change anytime soon

I can’t speak highly enough of 4 Paws Mobile Spa. I have been using them for 3 years now and every single time they have exceeded expectation. I love that they come to me, are always professional, incredibly reasonable but most importantly so lovely with my little ragamuffin mainecoone cat. Do not hesitate to contact them if you are locking for an exceptional cat or dog grooming service!

I’ve been using 4 Paws monthly for almost a year. Ella is superb and genuinely cares for my Frenchie, Cookie, and she in turn loves the pampering she receives. The service provided by 4 Paws is excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The home visits in ‘the van’ are a bonus too.
