Used to use this company almost every day .Then one day I went in and one of the managers was training a new staff memberThe manager severed me for some hard core and charged me £12 more than I normally get charged. Considering I bought a bag the day beforeI queried why it had gone up so much and was just told ‘ that’s what the computer says ‘Considering it was in already in the van I paid.As soon as I paid the manger said I can match it next time if you can show me a receipt.By this point I felt very disappointed considering I have an account I shouldn’t have to prove it and he decided to tell me after I had paid.Apart from that I’ve had good experiences but after I was treated like this I’ve not returned and don’t think I will.
